  My partner had his hair cut by a young lady that was extremely hyperactive. Once finished, there was a 50 cent coin bald patch on the back of my partners head which was bought up by my partner but the young lady denied doing it. When he paid I asked another hairdresser to have a look, the young lady came running up saying “I didn’t do that, I didn’t do that”, I responded by saying “so it just appeared out of nowhere?”. And so on and so on. Why couldn’t she just admit it, it would’ve made the situation more palatable , her denying has just made us not want to go there ever again. Maybe the manager should have said “yes you’re right, she made a mistake”, we are sorry. Some people are bloody useless, instead of just admitting her mistake I’m now writing this terrible review, never will we go there again. Btw, you should do drug testing st your salon because this young lady seemed off her face!

  Honestly I probably wont go back there again the girl i got was your usual stuck up bitchy hair dresser who wasnt very friendly or interested in me at all barely had a conversation she was rough doing my hair i wanted a bayalage she ended up doing an ombre because i had dark hair. It didn't turn out as a nice surprise i wasn't really pleased with the job she did. The boss is unprofessional with what she says to customers so was my hairdresser talking about druggies who had come in before i payed allot of money to change my hair and it turned out disappointing.

  Terrible hair dressers. Had issues with the whole experience. Used 40vol (highest strength) bleach to get temp blue out of my hair which can be done with 20vol very easily. Had asked for ombré but they gave me a 2 month old re growth look.

  Amazing service, everyone there remembers your name and who you are. I always feel the hairdressers put in extra effort to get the best result for your hair. I have seen Karsha and regularly see Hannah to touch up my roots, an olaphlex treatment, cut and blowdry. They always spend the time to not just blowdry but also style your hair however you like at the end and Hannah has fixed my hair, it's now thicker and a much cleaner colour, she has taken out the yellow and made it all ash blonde.
